As of October 5th, the format of your postpaid cellular phone bill will change. Moving forward, you will receive only a summary of your cellular bill in the mail. Your detailed call records will be available to you online, via BTC’s EZPay Plus web portal. FAQ's

1. Does the new billing system apply to my home telephone bill?
Ans: Initially the new billing system will only apply to cellular subscribers, however, this will effect land line subscribers later in the year.

2. What information will be provided in the summarized bill?
Ans: As of October 5th, cellular subscribers will receive a two paged summarized bill. The first page which is the Bill Summary will list the subscriber’s telecommunication services and the total for each service in a summarized format (For example: ViBe, GSM service etc).

The second page which is the detailed summary will provide a detailed description of the charges and over all costs (phone rental, call forwarding monthly rental, etc). Subscribers will also be able to see the accumulated interest on their security deposit. The monthly interest is applied to the subscriber’s balance. The annual percentage of interest on the security deposit is 3% per annum.

 

 

 

3. How do I access my detailed bill?
Ans:
You are required to register with our EZPay Plus online tool.

  • You will receive your unique username and password in the mail.
  • If you do not receive your username and password, please contact our Customer Service Department.
  • If you do not have access to a computer, you can visit our Mall at Marathon and JFK BTC locations where personal computers will be available for your convenience.

4. If I am currently registered with EZPay do I also have to register with EZPay Plus?
Ans: All customers registered after January 1, 2009 will automatically be registered for EZPay Plus. These customers can use their existing user name and password with EZPay Plus. All other customers will need to register for EZPay Plus using the unique user name and password that will be sent in the mail.

5. If this is only for mobile services, does this mean that I will be receiving two bills? One for my cell phone and one for my home phone?
Ans:
Yes, this means that you will initially be receiving two bills. The summarized bill for your cellular services and the regular bill that you have been receiving in the past for your home telephone bill.

Subscribers who wish to view, print or download bills from the previous months will have access as follows:
- Summary bills up to twelve months
- Detailed bills up to three months

6. How often are my call records updated online?
Ans:
Your call records are updated hourly.

7. What do I have to do to win the BlackBerry Bold?
Ans:
All you have to do is register with EZPay Plus and you will automatically become eligible to win. The drawing will be held on November 30th, 2009.
