Notice to Interested Parties
The Bahamas Telecommunications Company Limited (BTC) hereby publishes its draft Reference Access and Interconnection Offer (RAIO) published pursuant to the Final Decision on Obligations Imposed on Operators with Significant Market Power (SMP) ECS 11/2010 dated 22nd April 2010 and Final Guidelines: Access and Interconnection ECS 14/2010 dated 22nd April 2010 both issued by The Utilities Regulation & Competition Authority (URCA) of the Bahamas.
The RAIO has been submitted to URCA and must now undergo further scrutiny by URCA and a Public Consultation.
The RAIO is hereby published in draft and subject to amendments as directed by URCA.
