How to Use BTCEZPayPlus

HOW TO CHANGE PASSWORD

Visit www.btcbahamas.com

  • Click on EzPayPlus
  • Enter username / account number or telephone number (only full in one of the three fields)
  • Enter password.
  • Click login
  • Click on Your Details
  • Click Change Password
  • Enter old password
  • New password
  • Confirm password
  • Enter new password hint
  • Click Submit
  • Password and password hint has been change.

FORGOTTEN DETAILS

Visit www.btcbahamas.com

  • Click forgotten details
  • Enter username
  • Click reset password
  • Your password has been reset

VIEW BILLS

  • Click on Desktop
  • Bill > Bill History
  • To view a list of bills with total amount due, balance brought forward, payment received and amount due. In the bill history page, click the icon on the right of the bill detail to carry out these functions.

VIEW BILLS
View bill image or save it to an external file.

VIEW CALL ITEMISATION
View call itemization details for the selected bill.

EXPORT CALL ITEMISATION DETAIL
Save the call itemization details for the selected bill to an external file.

PAY MAKE PAYMENT
Make a payment on the selected bill.

REPORT A PROBLEM

  • Desktop
  • Account Details> Account Summary
  • Click Report a problem
  • Type a description of the problem
  • Click submit

SEARCH CALL RECORD DETAILS

  • Go to Desktop
  • Bill > Call Itemization
  • Enter a start date and select your telephone number from the drop down box next to telephone number (this is required)
  • Click search
  • Click submit

Note: To filter or sort call records you can type a search criteria. You can type wildcard (%) to find all records starting on ending with specific characters. Example '42%' in the destination number will find all numbers starting with '42'.

HOW TO LINK ACCOUNTS

  • Desktop
  • Account Linking / Unlinking
  • Click Link Account
  • Enter Account Number (you want to link)
  • Enter Invoice Number
  • Click Link

HOW TO UNLINK ACCOUNT

  • Desktop
  • Account Linking / Unlinking
  • Click on Account Unlink
  • Click the drop down box
  • Select the Account Number you want to Unlink
  • Click Unlink

HOW TO VIEW YOUR VIBE ACCOUNT INFORMATION

  • Desktop
  • Vibe Accounts
  • Enter Vibe Number and pin number
  • View Vibe Account (to view your call records ,Rates and voicemails)
