How do I transfer funds from my prepaid account to
another prepaid account

Step 1: Access the IVR using *44

Step 2: Select the prompt for Mobile to Mobile top up … Selection 4

Step 3: Enter the 10 digit telephone number that you wish to top up e.g. (242) XXX-XXXX

Step 4: Press 1 to confirm the number you entered

Step 6: Enter the amount to transfer (whole numbers, no cents)

Step 7: Press 1 to confirm the amount entered

Step 8: The customer is advised that the transfer occurred successfully and the call is terminated

Ensure that your mobile device is locked at all times and be sure to keep your security code private.
