Prepaid GSM
Prepaid GSM allows customers to purchase minutes in advance of use via phone cards. Prepaid GSM is a flexible offering that does not require a contract, credit check or a monthly payment.
To apply a phone card follow the below steps:
- Dial * 44
- Press 2
- Enter your phone card number
- The system read back your balance and expiry date
Different ways to top up:
Voucher Top Up
Allow a prepaid customer to apply a phone card voucher to a prepaid phone.
Steps:
- Dial *44
- Press 1
- The system will read back your balance
Online Top Up via EZTop-Up
Allows a prepaid customer to apply minutes via BTC online EZTop-Up. Click Here
M2M
M2M stands for Mobile to Mobile Top Up which allows prepaid customers with a positive balance to transfer credit from their prepaid account to any other prepaid account in whole dollar amounts.(i.e. $1 or greater).
Steps:
- Access the IVR using *44
- Select the prompt for Mobile to Mobile top up … Selection 4
- Enter the 10 digit telephone number that you wish to top up, e.g. (242) XXX-XXXX
- Press 1 to confirm the number you entered
- Enter the amount to transfer (whole numbers, no cents)
- Press 1 to confirm the amount entered
- The customer is advised that the transfer occurred successfully and the call is terminated
Please remember that you have 90 days in which to top up your prepaid account after you have applied a phone card to your prepaid account. If you fail to do this, your account will be deactivated.
